In case of cancellations EBH will return the fee by below scheme:
- for all cancellations after 20.2. but before 3.3.2013 we return 50% of the paid fee
- for all cancellations between 3.3.2013 and 19.3.2013 we return 30% of the paid fee
- for all cancellations on 20.3.2013 and after we return 0% of the paid fee
If a doctor’s notice is presented we return 100% of paid fee
Peruutustapauksissa EBH palauttaa maksuja seuraavasti:
- peruutus 20.2.-2.3.2013 välisenä aikana, palautus 50% hinnasta
- peruutus 3.3.-19.3.2013 välisenä aikana, palautus 30% hinnasta
- peruutus 20.3. jälkeen, palautus 0% hinnasta
Peruutus lääkärintodistuksella, palautus 100% hinnasta
